Industrial dispute act 1947 section 33 c 2 recovery past wages

Working as Clerk in a private organization registered under Trust Registration Trust Act 1950 for last 32 years I was appointed on 12/05/1992 I am Graduate I am now 59 years old My present job is Continued in the organization In the sister organization of this organization, I took the appointment form and joined the job on the condition of paying the minimum wages Act pay scale regularly from 12/5/1992 but they did not pay me the minimum wages, then from 01/01/2000 we had three After Giving a month's notice, that department was closed from the organization, we were given three months' notice, they did not give us an appointment letter and gave us a job in the main organization. Since we joined the job on 12/5/1992 till 2012 our salary has been increased by the organization and the arias paid to us have also been paid to us then from the year 2013 till date i.e. till the year 2023 for a total of 10 years. Our Salary Increase Any kind of Indiscipline Irregular Punitive Actions Memo Allegation Without informing us Our salary has not been increased Other other workers Salary increase has been instituted Organization workers have been given salary increment every three years Any letter increase without informing Direct workers Deposits in bank account So far the organization has paid the following salary increments to some workers Salary first salary paid on 01/07/2014 Salary increment year 2013/2014 and 2015 Second salary increment paid for total three years Date 31/3/2018 Salary increment year 2016/ 2017 & 2018 Third time salary increment paid on 1/ 1/2021 Year 2019 & 2020 Fourth time salary increment paid by organization on 31/ 3/2023 The additional year 2021 and 2022 will pay salary increase for two years. Thus, the organization has paid salary increase four times in total 10 years to workers other than us but we have not been paid salary increase. Till date, no misplaced circular or any other action has been taken or notice has been given to us. Not coming now the question is that we are getting our salary increase from 2013 till now till 2023 we are getting the newspaper real amune this salary increase now right now after so long we are getting our salary increase right we don't have proof only we are not paid For that proof bank pass book and salary increment area different sheet we don't have area increment letter nor organization is giving anyone organization is not working as per model standing order 1946 or not given then are we now arrear salary as per section 33 C 2 of Gujarat industrial dispute act 1947 Can we get an increase in the state of Gujarat, Indian time limit law is applicable in the labor law to get the arrears of salary?
