How to deal with 498A / 406

Case details : My wife filed a 498A/406/506/509 and 3&4 DP Act. She gave her statement under 164 CrPC under judicial magistrate. FIR is registered and I got regular bail from Magistrate court. There is a recovery for 406 IPC. They (Police + wife + father of wife) came and seize few of jewelries, clothes, electronics items, husband's clothes , kitchen material etc. But wife is telling half of jewellery are missing. FIR contains: (It is not given to me yet) she was thrown out of house, she was not given food. In law tried to molest her. husband asked dowry and not giving back her streedhan article etc. Distance relative had given her threat. The FIR is registered after 1 year of leaving the house. Husband statement: Food is given wife on time. Husband already took the jewelries with her but again claiming in FIR. Molestation and threat are completely fake. No digital evidence and no witness for molestation and threat. They may show some of jewellery GST bills and some photo where she came to husbands house wearing the jewellery. Question : 1) How can I protect myself for IPC 406 if wife shows GST bills and photograph (police searched at my room and my parents room but did not find any other jewellery)? 2) How to fight back for 498A? 3) How to fight if she file DV case ? 4) What are the precaution I should take? Fact : wife is an earning wife. husband and wife salary is almost same. No kid.
