Termination without any reason, just because employer has mentioned clause in appointment letter.

I am hired by employer in Feb 23 Terminated in July 23 without assigning any reason & when try to speak to HR I was told they have mentioned clause that employer can terminate employee anytime without assigning any reason; so employee cannot challenge at all.
My joining as Regional Manager in Feb 23 having No team. Appointment letter issued on 13 March 23; they played game. Actually I had job offer from other employer & in between this employer hired me and offered me job; which I have accepted; but at the time of Interview or offer letter or salary discussion nobody told from employer side that there is clause that employer can terminate employee without reason. I have done business about 24lacs while in job; that too when I was from different industry and no training given & thorough product knowlegde given.
I have huge loss as when I am stating that I have worked for 5 months in this company; none of the employer interested to hire me as they think I can left job anytime; due to all this I am suffering my family is suffering ; no income.
In appointment letter they have not mentioned anywhere about KPI or job Profile or parameters of job or process or department or job to do. Which is wrongful activity.
They have mentioned in appointment letter that "your employment is subject to your passing the Medical Examination in accordance with the Rules of the company and furnishing to the company two photographs of passport size." No other details and guidance about this.
Unfair Discrimination by National Head and CEO " I was threatened by management few times to support with bias decision favoring other employee who is close to management and very much liked by them" I was told that I am threat for him as I have started getting business soon after joining which they are not expecting." I was told not to work and generate leads for their favourite employee. National head threatened that he will not allow me to work in this company anymore if I will not accept his order of leading leads for other employee who is very close to him. He is an ex-airforce employee so threatening every time.
No team was given. Hired as Regional Manager was force to work as Sales Officer.
They have cancelled my all travelling for work from 22 June till 12 July 23; declining my travel advance every time; giving xyz reasons, actually he wanted my productivity as zero only. So that would easier for him to terminate me. Complaint to CEO he ignored as influenced by National Head.
From April 23 to July 23 they kept changing my products very frequently like after every 15-20 days as not wanted me to settle.
i was totally mentally harrassed tortured by them and also become victim of unfair discrimination.
Went to Labour Office I was told since my working is under 240days I can not file case; is it true.
Actually it is bonus for employers to cheat any employee hire for 2 months and then fire again and again.Complaint to HR and CEO no reply.
