Supplier Grab the advance just to take advance after advance he stop reply

We have paid advance along with Purchase Order 20 lakhs with terms and condition to deliver the materials by march 2023 end , supplier chakra innvoation delhi based , assured while take order they took advance and after that they started playing delay delivery issue and finally cancelled by us becoz if unjustified reply and fail in delivery by chakra company now we asked for refund but they started playing 1 month to 5 month now they are saying abusive words and when we went to police station they arrange manage to call from higher police officials and SHO also denied to file complaints Just info their investor is GAIl SBI banks We have email communication Purchase order issue by us to chakra officials with T and C Payments proof by account We have threaten message by their employees In their Catlog they used SBi name Gail Name and PM Shri Modi Pictture to infulance innocent buyer Now I understand that they missguieded me ,Infulance me just to take advance their intention was not to supply the materials Advise please
