False aligations

My brother is framed under various sec by his wife 498A, 376,377,354,506,509,312,313, 314,324,504,511,34 and soo on... Is there someone who could really help us since this allegations is totally false since my brother's wife is Lesbian and we hve all proof and her dirty chats with other women she used to do in Pakistan and in India. After one year of marriage she got pregnent and one day she went to her mother place and aborted her child and said she does not want to continue this marraige and when my brother asked her the reason " She said she wants to live her life freely and she wanted KHULA since my brother refused to give her divorced. After few month she and her entire joint family stated demanding huge amount of money and some goons are also involved from her side, and they started threatening us " They will frame my brother under Triple Talak" And they will ruin our life.. On rejecting there demand my mother said we are no whr wrng and cannot pay the money for no reason and we filed a case for "Restitution of conjugal rights", and in returned she filled a criminal case on my brother... We have applied for Anticipatory bail but it is on hearing stage... I cannot see my mother and brother crying so badly, they just hold each other and cry for hours... Wht to do??? Seems no way out... Sooo many Non bailable sections are der...
