Penalty 50000 training cost

I have resigned from my IT company on 14 july last month,
They only forced me to resign due to some projects, before resignation I asked them in verbal with my MD and my manager whether I need to serve any notice period or I have to pay any penalty so they said no after resignation you can leave directly,but now after resignation they are imposing 50000 training cost on me and they are refusing to accept my resignation letter they are saying if you will pay this amount then only we will proceed, even after this I asked that I can able to serve notice period of 60 days but they denied in verbal discussion, but now after 1 months of resignation they are asking me to serve 60 days notice period or I have to pay 50000 training cost, or else I can serve 30 days notice period and pay 25000, they are saying you can go to labour court also nothing will happen, they are also saying they will take leave legal action against me, I can not serve any notice period but I can able to pay upto 25000 as one month is over of my resignation but they didn't allow me to for previous month and they didn't pay my salary also.
