Termination from bank service

I was terminated from bank services. I was not able to achieve minimum score that is mandatory for confirmation. I was being selected as a reserved category that is MENTAL ILLNESS. I am currently on medication since 5 year. In service period I was being treated wrong. So I was not feeling good during service. Qualifing percentage for PWD was 45% that is 5% relaxation from other category employee. There was 4 Certification programme test which have to qualify. Qualifing percentage for Certification programme test is 60/100. I scored 59 and failed to qualify CP compliance. I was passed in 2 CP's and failed CP BM including CP compliance. Is there any relaxation like grace marks or 5% in qualifies marks in internal test that was qualifing nature for PWD employee like. In aggregate there was realaxation of 5%. I was being given extra time also. I was being behaved very bad during service period. I was mailed also for extra attempt in CP compliance on medical ground. Please guide me this matter.
