Ex gf filed an FIR against me

Hi, I am 29 male and my ex gf is 28 female. We are both Hindus from Aurangabad. We were dating for sometime and we decided to get married for which both our parents have agreed to after meeting at my place. Few months before the wedding she became pregnant. Both our parents met and agreed that the wedding will go as planned but suddenly there was some fight in her family and she canceled the wedding and aborted the kid. Her parents were also not responsive. The talk we had after a month also didn't work out. Suddenly she filed an FIR against me in police station stating that I molested her during relationship and said that I was the one who had called off the marriage. The FIR has been raised under section 354, 354A, 354C and 417. She didn't mention the date and time of incident for section 354, 354A and 354C but has mentioned that I had molested her throughout our relationship. I have applied for anticipatory bail. I have proofs for her calling off the wedding. Is it possible for me to be convicted even though the fault is in her side?
