Regarding Termination

I along with 9 teachers were terminated by School in Jan 2021. We all went to civil court and get these order's Stayed . Stay order was issued in X- parte .After that notices were issued to School. School filed objections and argued the case .They lost. School filed application under Order 7 Rule 11.School argued and they lost. In the mean time School filed objections against main suite.They argued and lost. Interim order was made absolute till final disposal of case. All the teachers were asked by Court to work.But School did not allowed us to work. In the meantime School challenged the order before Additional District Judge.But they lost. Further they challenge the case before High Court.They lost. Now they r thinking of going to Supreme Court. My question to my friends who are lawyers,Will our Civil court order sustain in Supreme Court.Will our Civil court order remain upheld. Further we have back wage issue.They are not disbursing our salaries from last 32 months.Will SC interfere in it if the case will move to SC. Hope that l will get an appropriate answer
