I have recently been transferred from MHOW, Madhya Pradesh, to Bhuj, Gujarat with reference number 7978:HRMS:769767:OF1:2023:001 dated 23.05.2023. This transfer is posing difficulties for my family due to personal reasons and my husband's responsibilities as a District Epidemiologist in the District Khargone, Department of Public Health and Family Welfare Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. My topmost priority is the well-being of my 21-month-old daughter and providing her with a safe and nurturing environment is of utmost importance to me. Moving to Bhuj would disrupt her daily routine and emotional stability. Additionally, my husband's significant role as a District Epidemiologist in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, is instrumental in public health and community welfare initiatives. The prolonged separation due to the considerable distance between us may not only affect our family life but also impact our emotional well-being, potentially affecting our work performance. I understand that there are established policies regarding transfers, but I request your understanding and support in considering my circumstances. I sincerely appeal for a modification of my transfer to a location near Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, so that I can continue serving the bank while also being able to take care of my family's needs.
