Unserved Notice Period & Bond Amount refund in pursuant to the DPE O.M. Dated 29th July, 2004.

Madam/ Sir, I have joined in Indian Bank as Assistant Manager (IT) in Junior Management Grade (JMG) - Scale-I dated.09.05.2016. Though, I have applied for the post of Assistant Section Officer advertised by Odisha Public Service Commission much before I got appointment in Indian Bank I have taken NOC to appear interview for the said post on dated.10.08.2016. On selection for the post of Assistant Section Officer under State Government of Odisha, I have tendered my resignation on 03.10.2016 and acceptance by CO: HRM Department, Indian Bank on 15.10.2016 and I have been relieved on 19/10/2016 taking the following amount -: A. Unserved Notice Period : Rs.1,00,398/- B. Training Cost : Rs. 30,000/- C. Bond Amount : Rs.1,00,000/- ___________________________________________ Total : Rs.2,30,398/- In this regard, I would like to intimate that Ministry of Finance, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Government of India OMs No. BPE/GL-017/77/MAN/2(11)/75-BPE(GM-I) dated 13.6.1977 read with DPE O.M. No. 15(2)/2003-DPE(GM)/GL-57 dated 29th July, 2004 regarding Enforcement / transfer of bond in respect of employees of Public Enterprises who leave the services of one Undertaking to join another Undertaking/ Government. Accordingly, as per appointment order issued by Home Department, Government of Odisha vide No.35258/OSS dated.05.10.2016, I have joined in Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha on 21.10.2016 and been promoted to Section Officer on 27/07/2021 and continuing till date. As a result, I have been complied with the Ministry of Finance, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Government of India O.M. dated 29th July, 2004. The above said information has been intimated to General Manager, Human Resource Development, Indian Bank, Corporate Office, Chennai on dated. 23rd June, 2023 through e-mail dated. 23rd June, 2023 and also intimated in dated.15th July, 2023, a similar typed case in W.P.(C) 8500/2016 filed by Hemant Tyagi -vrs- UCO BANK & ORS. and order dated. 27th September, 2018 IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI for your kind ready reference but till date no communication has been intimated to me. Now, as it has already been more than 6 years, please to refund the amount of Rs.2,30,398/- taken towards Unserved Notice Period & Bond Amount in favour of me pursuant to the said DPE O.M.
