Company didn't our stipend and rejected us from with no reason

Respected sir/mam Am Manohar from Karnataka Iam 2022 passout( BE civil engineering) student during my studies I have got placement to IT company in Bangalore and also I also got offer letter from company and accepted and singed it .In the offer letter they mentioned that they will provide 6k as stipend per month and they mentioned after successful completion of the training they will offer me salary of 3.5 lpa this what happened sir. Coming to my problem I accept the offer letter and joined the company and also started my training and my training was held in another engg college in n Mysore itself but as they agreed in offer letter they did not paid my stipend every month end and we asked for payment of stipend but they told they will pay after completion of training and they told training is about 3 months but they add they trained 1 month extra ( during training they provided laptop for training purposes and select members to company was about 14 members was 1st batch from Mysore and another 19 members from another college from mandya it was second college it was 2 nd batch both batch was training in different locations like Mysore and mandya I am from Mysore batch means 1 at batch ) and during training they conducted some test and I scored well but after the completion of 4 months training they refused to provide job in their company rejected us and select 3 members from our batch means 1st batch Mysore and 7 members from 2 nd batch in mandya .We asked reason but they told it's the dission of management after that we demand for to pay our stipend at least but they told they pay but before submit the laptop to company after that they will pay the stipend we agreed and we handovred our laptops to the company but after that they send the Google form to fill details of bank for the payment purpose we sent it and wait for 1 month but they didn't pay our stipend for our 1 st batch in Mysore but they paid 24k as stipend to 2 nd batch in another collage in mandya but didn't paid 1 st batch what I do now . We asked to company HR to pay back our stipend but they didn't reply to our call .we asked 2 nd batch to send message of payment in mobile they refused now should we do plz help us ( I also recorded hr call of they assured to pay us and also got offer letter as proof).
