Gents police sub-inspector beat my mother with hocky stick

Police sub-inspector Hemanth Yelahanka new town police station.He called me at today 1 pm and told me come with ur mother to police station at 4.30pm u have a enquiry about stolen gold from ur owner house then we went and waited till 6pm and he came then he taken me to police station basement and asked who taken the gold then I told him I don't know sir then he scold with dirty language and put hockey stick on the tabel and he told u only confess other wise I will remove ur clothes and beat u and I put I and ur mother to jail then I told I am ready to all sir but I not stolen the gold.Then he went with hockey stick to upstairs later 1hr at 7pm I went to upstairs to his office and he told me whenever I call you u have to come to police station then I told k sir.After that I came outside and I called my mother where are you my mother crying told that police sub-inspector Hemanth beaten to my hand with hockey stick then I went to government hospital to do MLC and done.But I don't know how to take action on him please suggest me...(NOTE)WE NEVER STOLEN THE GOLD we are worked for 7 years and owner also know who taken the gold but I don't know what happening
