PCC certificate

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I have my passport before marriage (from Mumbai address) and now I'm married (live in Gujrat) I haven't updated the details in it. However, I have got invitation to apply for immigration hence I applied for PCC on 23rd June 23, in that I mentioned Mumbai address same as my passport has. When there was a verification.. police officer said I have to apply from Gujrat and as I'm married and staying there. So this application has to be cancelled. For cancellation they have shared my file to RPO office Bandra with OBJ54 more detail below. OBJ54 : As per the PVR received you are not residing at the address given in your application. Please furnish your correct present address details with clarification. Please send three PP (Personal Particular) forms along with your correct present address details. I have dropped an email to RPO team and also trying to take enquiry appointment but I'm getting October date and I have to submit my immigration documents and file by 20th August 23. Hence, please advise what needs to be done in this case. Seeking for quick response and solution.
