Quashing of F i r

Hi, In September 2020, an FIR was lodged against my father's 19 year old CHARITABLE TRUST by Cybercrime Police Station, Panchkula. We came to know later in 2021 that Fir has been lodged Notices started coming in my name again and again, they were calling me again and again to police station, I went to the police station many times even in covid times when there was no FIR only complaint was there, I also replied to their notices every time, now they are saying IP address of my mobile is with the police and it has been used in cyber crime. Someone Tried to transfer sixty thousand rupees from the compalinants credit card to online gateway which was attached in the website of the NGO and that gateway was linked to NGO's bank account which was not deposited and went back to the complainants credit card. My name is not in the FIR but I filed a petition for anticipatory bail in sessions court in panchkula but it got rejected, then we proceeded to high court in Chandigarh from there I got the interim bail in the month of October 2021 since then case is in the high court and next hearing is on 21st of August. Now my advocate told me that we should file a petition for Quashing of FIR? But chargesheet/Report has not been filed in the high court yet, will hight court consider the Quashing petition? And How will we get the stay from the High Court on Trial?
