Regarding Relieving and experience letter

Subject: Regarding Relieving and Experience letter Respected Sir/Mam, I Rajneesh Kumar employed in India Pvt Ltd Registered Office: D31 Kamalanjali Off Old Padra Road Vadodara Gujarat 390020.Working as R&D and Production Engineer past 5.5 years ( 24 Oct 2017).I report to MD for work. I wish to bring to your notice that I am being harassed mentally last 5 month (From Feb 2023 by taking the reference of a signed document which i have signed forcefully increment time company signed a letter for 3 years in company letter head ). When the situation became worst to work I put resignation letter on dated 30th March 2023 and same denied by Company(as they have intention to torture) . I served 1 month notice period and remaining 2 month agree to pay for notice period amount. Company not provided me relieving letter and full & final payment also hold 1 month salary & 5.5 years gratuity amount. Company says served 3 year then relieve. (Even in the independent country they are Just understanding employee as Bonded labour & behaving like that) The company's MD is threatening to ruin my career if i join another company. Company's also sent me legal notice thru advocate. I joined new organization behalf on given undertaking. Please advise sir With Warm regards, Rajneesh Kumar
