Want to quash Fake FIR u/s 305 lodged at south 24 pargana west bengal

The case is :- A girl aged 15 years hung herself on 30.12.2022 in her own house in south 24 pargana , west bengal . After due deliberations and consultations to trap the boy ,34 days atfter the suicide , brother of deceased lodged an false FIR u/s 305 against the boy ( age..20 y.. Boy is my relative). I am writing down the statement of FIR :--👇👇 " .... My sister meet the boy (name given) through facebook and by regular chatting it turned into friendship . Later the boy started blackmailing my sister in several ways. As a result , my sister was forced to commit suicide . Due to a sudden shock and paranormal activity we have been delayed in lodging FIR in police station......." Real facts of the case are 1. Deceased and the accused are in family relationship . cousin sister(own uncle's daughter) of deceased is married to the own uncle of the accused. 2. deceased lived at south 24 pargana west bengal and accused boy lived in bihar and they never meet each other. 3. Both had last chatting 2 months before the incident. This chatting was on Facebook messanger . Chatting was normal in nature . In this chatting the boy asked for a loan of Rs 1500 from the deceased but the girl had not money so she told the boy to ask from her cousin sister.( IMPORATANT.. ONLY ON THE BASIS OF THIS CHAT AND 1500 RS DEMAND, WHICH HAPPENED 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE INCIDENT , FIR WAS LODGED.) 3. No phone talkings or messages transferred between the boy and the deceased girl in last 2 months before her suicide . Present status of the Case is ----👇👇👇 session judge has granted anticipatory bail and orded to meet IO within 7days or order and apply for regular bail within 3 weeks. The session judge quotes in his order "..... the case originates out of suspicion that the paetitioner had blackmailed the deceased...." Now I want to quash this fake FIR .. Plz suggest the way to proceed . Accused is innocent. He is a student . He is my relative. Thanking you Abhijeet
