Watilist is releasing by ONGC
ONGC published an advt for non-executives in May 2022, exam held in july and declared final result in (1 Feb) and selected the candidate joined after 1 month (3 March). Again he was selected against another advt for executive through gate-2022 and result come in april and he joined in 11 may 2022 at another location.
So, result was published for non-executive on 1st Feb and selected candidate joined another post on 11th May. Now, wait list should be released. But It's almost >2months since non-executive post is vacant.
As per the internal officials, he has got departmental upgradation so he has not resigned but releived from lower post and upgraded/promoted(don't know clearly) to upper post so he didn't give resignation and you won't get offer letter even though you are waitlist 1.
My questions are-
1. Is this process legal?
2. Is there any chance legal chance for me to get an offer letter as I am on waitlist 1.
3. Does he become eligible for upgradation or promotion with transfer during the probation period?
4. Does a candidate who is on probation can join a senior post without giving proper resignation at a lower post as both posts have different way of selection?
5. Is it legal if a candidate is on probation to get an upgradation or promotion with transfer then the waitlist becomes void?
6. Even though he is upgraded, the vacancy is vacant due to his joining another place in a senior post so Should I go to court against ONGC on this case? Does this case consist legal place?
Please help as validity of the panel will end on 1st august.
