What to be done to get acquitted in 304A

Ihad met with an accident on Mumbai Agra Highway at Shajapur Bypass (MP) while driving from ujjain to Agra. There were 3 persons on a bike, a male rider and 2 female, all three without helmets. The bike is in lower lane and my car was in upper lane. When my car was around 20 mtrs away from the bike, the biker suddenly came in the upper lane without any signal. I tried really hard to avoid the collision but being on 90KMPH and distance between the 2 vehicles less then 20 mtrs the bike collides on left front tyre. All 3 riders were injured and rushed to hospital from there 2 of them referred to higher hospital in Indore where the boy dies after around 8 hrs. Police has registered a FIR after 25 days of the accident under section 279/337/338/304A. Now my case is put up for arguments before charge. What will be going to happen in the trial ? What are the possibilities that court will sentence me to jail ? what stand should I take in this case ? I am from Delhi and the case is of Shajapur Madhya Pradesh. I was with family, within the speed limits and was in lane. neither i drunked nor feeling sleepy/tired. Please suggest
