13 years of relationship and boy is refusing to marry girl

Hi, I am 29 year old woman having relationship of 13 years with my boyfriend who is 33 yrs old. Now boy is refusing me to marry saying that you are not from my caste.He promised me to marry at any circumstances and established physical relationship. I was not ready for that but he sometimes cut his hand to show how much he loves me. We both are working IT professional. After covid he moved to his hometown and he changed his mind. He blocked me every time,do emotional torcher and everything.sometimes unblock me and fake cry I am not to do anything for you.sorry mujhe maf kr dena But I believe he changed his mind he is not not trying at all. I have given money as well as I was too much in love. His brother threatened if I will call him he will call my parents and come to my home and destroy my family. I can't marry anyone else as one of my friend get married and when her husband knows she has 10 yrs of relationship before he left her and divorced her His brother abused me and pointed finger on my character. I still love him want to get together but he has changed his mind after spoiling me emotionally, physically and financially I am too much afraid emotionally not stable,he is controlling me too much but not marrying me what action I can take against his brother and him?
