What are some legal advices after 324 against you?

I had fought with 5-7 of ny relatives, n one of them get injured had 8 stitches on head with a pipe, they all were beating me two but I didn't had fracture or bleedng. They registrd fir 324, though I had govt hospital mlc letter but I havnt regiatrd complain, but since that incident, it is now 40 days, they r not allowing me to enter my ancestral home, they broken lock of my room n locked there lock. They r having criminal backgrounds, they are more then 20 ppls,they hv money, they r pro in lieing n making fake cases too. Now, since tht incident, I only wanted to go home peacely, in such a way that, Law is behind my back n they shld be resitricted to not to hamla with full force on me again. Fir they hv registrd is on false basis,like I were trying to beat my father mother sister, n tht person tried to solve matter then I beaten him,alsothey hv omitted 3 4 ppl who hv beaten me from FiR. They hv warned my sister mom n dad that dnt call or talk to him etc. My lawyer friend asked me 5000 rs at the time they filed fir, but till now he havnt got my bail, he jst telling me you go home, they won't do anything blah blah, but I want to go home with legal support from my side too, so tht they dnt fight again. What to do in this situation?
