Advice on further procedure when u sign motor accident claim petitions without reading contents

I became a victim of an elaborate fraud by a group of si and lawyer team. My dad who was walking was hit by a 2wheeler on 27th May. We were contacted by a si who promised us that we will get insurance money and got dad's sign as soon as he was shifted from icu to gemeral ward. He also said that we need to come to court only once and put sign to get the money. I went to represent my dad on 1st June and was made to wait in a very heavy stampede kind of rush till afternoon and 2 times i was called to check my and my da's aadhar only by some people standing inside the overcrowded court hall but the judge absent. At last in the afternoon as the last petition my name was called by the same people and made to sign 2 petitions without reading its contents. 1 petition i opened and hurriedly at a glance I cd c that I was representing my dad and the other petition they hurriedly snatched saying it was the accident details for the insurance company. I told them i wanted a copy as I had not read the contents of the petitionand they agreed. When I texted them to provide me a copy, they never responded. They kept dodging and on 21st june they whatsapped a unnumbered draft of the OP. To my shock my dad was mentioned as a watchman and his salary 10K. Immediately I asked them to edit the contents and they refused saying that they sd. be left free to get the money. I informed my dad and he asked me to request them to stop all further proceedings in the matter. I conveyed the matter to them on 24th june. They asked me to get back the bundle after paying 30K as fees. I told them that I cant pay a penny as this is case of fraud. How to amend the petition to represent true facts after getting back the bundle and how to report the matter to the concerned authorities ? Please advise further procedure in this matter in such a situation. Tomorrow I am going to get back the bundle.
