First wife name was deleted in PPO of husband
Respected Sir,
I, Mrs. Pratibha Srivastav, age 60 years, wife of Mr. Anil Srivastav, Resident of House No, 322, Manas Enclave, near Canossa Inter College Indira Nagar, S.O, P.S. Indira Nagar, Lucknow. I got married to Mr., Anil Srivastav on 16 December 1982 in Prayagraj. Out of wedlock, we have a son, names Anand Sagar (DOB 1 July 1985). Since marriage, I have been physically, mentally, emotionally, and economically abused by my husband Anil Srivastav as well as by my in-laws. I and my son were deserted in the year 2005, and since then, I am living with my son, who is bearing living and medical expenses.
It is pertinent to mention here that my husband started living with another woman named Mrs. Mukta Srivastav with whom, he has two children namely, Ankit Srivastav (DOB 28 June 1990) and Ravi Srivastava (DOB 24 November 1991). Since 2005, my husband Anil Srivastav who has been serving as Head Clerk in Income Tax Department, retired in 2019 from the post of Lower Division Clerk (P.P.O. No. [deleted], Office of Commissioner Income Tax (TDS, 4th Floor, Pratyaksh Kar Bhawan , 57 Ram Tirath Marg, Lucknow) has not been providing any kind of emotional or economical support.
I want to bring to your notice that even though I am the legally wedded wife of Mr. Anil Srivastav, my name has been replaced by Mrs. Mukta Srivastav in the official retirement benefits and pension-related documents through illegal means, maliciously effected by the department under the undue influence of my husband.
At this age, being senior citizen as well as suffering from bad health conditions since 2005, it is now getting difficult for my son, who’s only source of income is through tuition to children, to bear the living expenses after covid years as it has negatively impacted his source of earning. There was no monetary support extended by my husband Mr. Anil Srivastav since 2005, and now getting to know about my name as wife being illegally replaced in the official retirement benefits and pension-related documents has added to the miseries, which is directly affecting my basic needs to survive or to have a respectful and healthy life.
It is pertinent to mention here that my husband being a Central Government Employee has been issued Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Card no 58655, Issued on 10 January 2001, in which my and my son’s name as wife and son respectively is clearly mentioned. However, due to forgery and illegal means adopted by the Department under the influence of my husband, the free medical services have also been discontinued since 2008. Thereafter all the accrued medical expenses have been added to the living expenses borne by my son.
As a prudent person, I have exhausted all possible means before the concerned department, to get my name mentioned/updated as wife in the official retirement benefits and pension-related documents. However, no satisfactory action yet been taken by the concerned department, which is directly affecting m
