Girllfriend borrow money now she deny to repay

I am 32 year old boy living in Jaipur, my girlfriend is also living in Jaipur she is 31 year old, we was in same school again we meet in 2020 November come into a relationship after a one year we are in serious relationship in between all of this she borrow some amount of money in 2021 September, then November for 50 days but I took bank cheque against the amount from her, she promise me to give that amount then she take some amount in between for 5-10 days and repayment, but in between all this relationship she cheated me, she live with her family and a boy who is actually a tenant, so whenever i ask her about him she irritate and we had fight, she false promise of marriage to me now in this year from may i need my money and i start pressure on her to repayment of money also I asked more about the boy who is living with her, now we had big fight because i am pretty sure now that she is cheated me since very start, so I verbally abuse her in msg and call, and make a pressure to repayment so she paid me 40k out of 3.6 lac, now she fail to repayment me on two dates she give me two dates and fail to payment now she give me a date again, but now she block me from every where and said if I execute a cheque in bank which probably going to be bounce then she will take legal action against me for verbal and msg abuse. please help me out first she cheated me now she is not going to pay my money and Threaten me for legal action against me for abusive language, i have all photos, videos and msg .
