Believing Letter

I worked in a CA Firm from Jan 2019 to April 2023 and left the organisation due to discretion between boys and girls. I was leading a Team of 6 people and suddenly my employer held the salary of all the girls in my team without intimation and so, I had an argument with my boss who is one of the Partners of the firm. I called him up and he told me to come to the office, as I was handling the client site. So, I and my team went there for the meeting, and we Shouted at me in front of the management trainee and articles I felt insulted and resigned the same day, and continued working for a few days. I was working non-stop during the closing period, and one day I got sick and still they made me to go the office. He scolded me saying, you are lying, you guys are not working seriously. That was a bitter meeting experience for me. He didn't pay 90k of my hard earn money so I decided to go home because I was mentally disturbed I wrote a mail saying " that I am going to visit my hometown because I am sick, and then he threatened me that he will take legal action against me. I argued with my boss, and I did not listen to him. He mailed me and said to come to the office and take f n f and go home. I handed over the pending work to another staff and left for my hometown, and now he is neither giving me the f n f nor relieving letter. He is been doing this to almost everyone. He never responded to the discrimination at the workplace. Why he gave a salary to boys only. As per the company's policy, he should address the issue of discrimination. Can I get a relieving letter after this? Please suggest! P:S :- I did not serve the notice period of 2 months because he already had my 90k pending and this about would increase if I stayed longer. My per month salary was 43700 in hand. So now you can imagine why I stopped going to the office.
