Company Notice Period & Maternity Paid Leave
I have 2 questions Notice Period & Maternity Paid Leave.
Q1. I have worked in a Private company for around 10 years. and while working got maternity leave for 6 months, but in that only 3 months I received my salary, and rest of the 3 months I have not received my salary. so kindly guide me on how to recover the balance of 3 months' salary from the company
Q2.After completing maternity leave, I have asked the company to extend my Leave for 1 year without salary as sabbatical leave & company has approved/sanction my request.
After Completing 1-year sabbatical leave, the company approach me for joining the company. but again I have a request to a company with 3 request options as 1- extend leave for 1 year OR 2-Work from Home OR 3- Hybrid work(Mon-Wd-Fri) will work from the company. But unfortunately, the company refuse all 3 requests. they told me that join the company Or we will start exit formalities.& they have started exit formalities without my resignation. & they have mentioned exit remark as Due to Medical reason.
Now I am asking for gratuity they have given me a Provisional Full & final email. and in that, they have deducted Buyout period/notice period my gratuity amount.
So kindly guide Notice period is applicable if the company has started exit formalities.
& how to recover my complete gratuity amount from company
