Regarding Fake NGO named OpenWings Foundation

Hi sir as I am student of IIM Ranchi we got placed in Openwings foundation for our two months internship. We were happy regarding this but they didn't even expose their faces from starting to till end. Their main motive is to hire the interns for raising donation from relatives and friends. They promised 20,000 per month stipend in offer letter but now its been 20+ days we completed our internship but they are not ready give stipends to us worth 40000 /-. They never pay stipend to other interns too because after the donations task they finish all the contacts like block the interns mobile number. If we try to call them they are not reachable. Our IIM authorities didn't verify the NGO before that is their mistake too. Now what we can do to get our stipend amount for 2 months. This NGO is fake we do research about this company their work is to hire interns and ask them to collect donations. This situation is very stressful for me like as a thallassemia patient but I am not aware about how we can do something regarding these kind of NGO's who are harassing the interns. Please Guide me regarding this what we can do. I also need a person who can do help me as a lawyer to take the action against them in a right manner. And also provide me with some idea about the finance will be needed to take action against this fake NGO which is not even registered.
