House Property and shares in the name of HUF

I am willing to dissolve my HUF. I have two Sons, as a part of partition of the all the properties i own this House property which is in the name of my HUF i want to give to my younger son and other House property which is in the name of my wife i am willing to give to my elder son (as a part of partition of my property/Will). Can i give the House property owned in the name of HUF directly to my younger son, after getting no objection of my wife, daughter & my elder son? Will there be any issues in future for the ownership of the said property to the younger son in such case? Or I will have to undertake any affidavit of transfer of property or Stamping of the documents of the house property before the said partition? Also, I have shares owned in the name of HUF demat account, which amounts to approximately 10 lacs. I am willing to give the said shares to my younger son only as a part of partition. Can this transaction be carried on after getting no objection of my wife, daughter & my elder son? Will there be any issues in future for the ownership of the said shares to the younger son in such case? Or I will have to undertake any formalities for the said partition?
