Recovery agent calling and harassing relatives and office colleagues

I do not know from where they got these numbers, it seems they hacked my contact list. First SBI from Delhi started calling my managers from the company, almost 50-60 calls every day from different numbers. I raised a complaint to SBI customer care in writing, still it continued. second one is now HDFC, initially they started calling my manager and when i warned them, now they started calling my relatives from my contact list and they are disclosing the debt. I went to the local police station to lodge a complaint, but they straight away denied stating that you need to repay the amount and they will stop calling, I told the police that i am facing financial issues and i already told them the same thing. I told them that i am not saying i will not pay, the only thing i requested them it to give some EMI option so that i can repay the amount. But as usual police did not entertained me, I also told the police that accessing contacts without authorization and calling and harassing third party is crime. but all my efforts were in vein. Now what can be done in this case?
