Regarding non extension of my job without notice

Respected Sir, This is to draw your kind attention to a serious matter. I am requesting you to take necessary action towards this matter. This is a life & death situation for me. I have been working at XYX NGO since 2012 (More than ten years) on a yearly contractual basis (April to March) at Assam under XYZ NGO, National Leprosy Eradication Programme. During my time here, I have been dedicated and have never missed any deadlines regarding my work. I have worked meticulously to promote the growth of the organization. I believe that continuous passion towards my work, achievements and my commitment to the organization have been advantageous to the organization. But, suddenly on 6th April 2023,MY BOSS (Dy Director- Medical) ordered me to hand over all official materials possessed by me as per my job roles for the organization and asked me to leave the regional office at once quietly without providing any explanation for his actions. I was completely shattered by the scenario that was just mentioned, as personally, I have always helped BOSS as I use to take care of him whenever he needed me, did all the household chores and always stood beside him but his petty words acted like sharp edged tool and hurt me mentally and hence writing this letter to show how bad I felt receiving such returns for my 11 years of sincerity. As the office is in Dibrugarh district of Assam, I am staying in a rented house with my family. I am facing financial, mental problems due to sudden loss of my job without any reason and notice period. It has already been more than two months since the XYZ office have not contacted me & have not sent me any letter till date regarding the same after I had re applied for my post as per the norms of organisation which were followed in the past 11 years. As I have given my 11 years of life to the organization, still waiting & hoping to listen to them, why MY BOSS suddenly ordered me to leave the organization without any reason and notice period.
