Chit fund company deposited two cheques for pending dues and cheques are bounced

Charging high rate of interest on due chit fund amount. And chit fund company sent for clearing as due amount two cheques to my bank the same is bounced. I am hyderabad resident i joined with IBG e chits india pvt. ltd. 50k thousand 3 chits and got prized 3 chits, and paid regularly instalments. last year 2022 i have joined new chit for lakh by paying 4000/- p.m. paid rs.16000/- after commitment of chit auction they refused to give prize amount of 1 lakh chit. i spoke to them and they told that due to cibil issue we cant give chit prize amount to me. i said ok no issue please cancel my chit and adjust the same amount to others chits balances amount and inform me what balances are still need to pay pending chit amounts. they deducted nearly 11000/- towards cancel chit amount+gst+dividend amount. I asked if you are charging gst amount please provide gst invoice which is already i have gst licence. for the past one year they refused to give gst invoice and they wont respond to phone calls and mails. in this month june 2023 they have sent two cheques to my bank for clearing one cheque amount is rs.24334/- and another cheque is rs.62391/- as per ledger balance showing in chit fund app my balance are for two chit groups is one is rs.16888/- another one is rs.28903/-. In this regard actual pending amount to pay from side rs.45791/- but they charged high interest for due amount and send two chequest amount totals are Rs.62391/- its nearly extra amount of rs.16600/-. i spoke to one of employee with chit fund company he said he refused to give atleast ledger balances, and he said they are charging 18% interest on balance due amount. As on one week back my pending dues are only Rs.45791/- 02.06.2023 they deposited two cheques for Rs.62391/- after dishonoured cheques they are charged high rate of interest to due amount 06.06.2023 to day balances are for both chits. Rs.73060/- oustanding how they are charging too much interest on due amount. Nearly they are charged more interest rs.27,269/- they are mentally harassing me. Please kindly help with this matter
