Can I file a suit against government department regarding my appointment after 5years too

Sub:- reason of selection under sports quota as forest guard and removal from appointment after joining under sports quota in 2015. My application id 20652 kindly go through the fact of explanation below and answer my query Respected Sir/Madam, I am Bharath K A I was selected for job as forest guard under sports quota initially and later was removed without any reason. I was not given any notice or grounds of removal in document. When I asked the reason PCF said I had made mistake in application. I had repeated visited the office since then to request to appointment and joining and for letter/document for removal from appointment. Whereas I still don’t have any letter. Facts of events during selection I applied online for job of Karnataka Forest Department under sports quota. My application was accepted and was called for verification of documents and application. During the verification I learned that I made a mistake in application by selecting non-residual cadre HYD-KAR(I didn’t know the meaning and I was less knowledge). During verification I informed the officer Incharge & Sports officer (Kishan Singh Sugara, Jairam Reddy & Shridhar). That I had made category selection and they said that they will rectify it and consider me under general merit if I have high level achievements. After telling them they asked me to show my sports certificates which I had won before the notification called and I couldn’t apply everything in the online application as I didn’t receive them at that the time of notification. Seeing my achievements and timings I ran in 800m and 1500m at the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS they were surprised. They took Xerox of all my sports certificates and said your job is confirmed. Your mistake will be rectified and consider under general merit quota . They said if there is no category certificate to produce you will be considered under general merit by default. They accepted the application, cleared the verification and said to be considered under GM . After clearing with the undertaking letter for GM , I was selected for next round i.e., physical test the next day. They also written on my verification application copy for next round consideration. Later I asked the Incharges about the matter, “ they said don’t worry, just focus on event trails and come first in event trials”. I completed the physical test successfully and came first in trials. After the processes I was selected under sports quota and was asked to report in the Aranya Bhavan office on October 1st week 2015. I reported to the office and signed the reporting book too. I was given medical examination papers to get done. I was asked to get the medical done in gov.t hospital K.C General Malleshwaram. I completed the medical test in the hospital too. I submitted the medical reports of tests to office. I was asked to report to Bannerghatta Office and I did too the next day.
