Salary deduction recovery

I would like to inform you regarding the issue of monthly salary deduction from 2016 till now in the name of recovery. The maximum amount of deduction was 8,55,171 for which 12,000 per month was deducted it has been 7 years till now and even now we are paying for this recovery amount. Furthermore the recovery should have been completed in 2022 as per the basic calculation of rupee 12,000 × 12M ×6Year = 8,64,000. Also there was no point of this deduction whatsoever as we have already submitted all the necessary medical documents regarding the absent days, but the supporting documents were ignored and rejected by the RaiShree ( Secretary). So the amount we have been paying all this years was for nothing but the ignorance of a superior. We request you to kindly look into this matter as we have paid extra than we needed to. As a matter of fact we did not even needed to pay at all for the recovery if it weren't for the ignorance of the medical documents. In-addition to this issue, no increment in salary from 2010 to 2016 has been made, even when we started receiving increment from 2017 to 2018 the increment was not received for 2019 till 2022.
