Pay protection in case of inter zonal own request transfer

Sir , I am working in indian railway 1=I got recruited as an assistant loco pilot post (ALP)in indian railway in South Central railway (SCR) in secunderbad division in 04/11/2019 and AND Applied for inter zonal own request transfer from SCR TO NR(northern railway) lucknow division . Meanwhile I got promoted to senior assistant loco pilot in SCR and my pay got increased from 21100 to 25500 on 07/06/2022. 2=After getting promoted to senior assistant loco pilot I got one month salary on this increased pay and got my transfer to northern railway in lucknow division... Here in this lucknow division they not considered my last pay drawn by me ... they say that you should not get pay protection because you have not completed 12 months of service in the promoted post . But sir I was promoted to senior assistant loco pilot which is from group C to group C .. and my nature of job is also not changed and even we have any probation period.. and didn't get any training .. so I request you to please clarify that will I get pay protection or not .. will I get the last pay drawn by me ..
