Can I get the birth certificate for my to be born baby with my initials

I am Pregnant and was not treated the way a Pregnant women has to be treated. I was held hostile, had to lead a prison type of life all through my first month of pregnancy. I never told my family about these. I knew I was Pregnant but was not even willing to say it to my husband. However, my health weekend and he got the doubt and I told I'm Pregnant and not able to perform chores or eat anything. Very next day he called my mom told the news, asked if he should bring me to my mom's home or she can come pick me. My suffered soul was happy to leave, but my mom was suggesting not to travel and she will come, stay and help with my work. My husband was not happy with this idea. My mom stayed with me for 10 days and can sense the level of torture, mental torture I was given by my husband and his mom. She decided to take me back home for which my in-laws and husband celebrated like a achievement. I stopped talking to him and his entire family for my peace of mind and my baby's mental health. They did few other tricks while was still in my mom's home since I cut all ties. I decided to stay away from them for life. Now I just don't want my husband's name anywhere in my babys document. I gave a whole story to just get a positive response. I would like to be the only person in my child's life. I know the road is rough, but my life will be cutshort if I take a smooth ride. Please help!
