Not Accepting Resignation

I have resigned my job on 24-sep-2015. I mentioned "Due to my personal accords i can server for 1 month" in resignation in resignation letter( sent through Company mail id). As per company policy 2 months notice period is there and There is no bond. In the offer letter they mentioned like this " During probation / extended period of probation, in the event of your resignation, you will have to give a notice period of atleast 60 days. subsequent , on confirmation , you will have to serve the same notice period of 60 days in the event of your resignation." I joined in current company as a fresher(software Engineer) my joining date is oct-6-2014. our management said that "You have to work another ONE YEAR then only we can give reliving letter(2 years experience)" I am ready to work another one month(to complete 2 months notice period) but the management is not agreed same saying same "You have to work another ONE YEAR then only we can give reliving letter(2 years experience)". I got job in another reputed organization. they are saying you have to come with reliving letter please give me your valuable suggestions .
