Violated all the conditions as per our agreement

Dear sir Im M.S Hussain from GN AGENCIES recently I made an C & F agreement with Bharath Trading company / Loppy Food and confectionary company, and I paid the sum amount of Rs 5,01,000 /- as said but in agreement they send mentioned 5,51,000 /- on questioning they told 51,000 is for security deposit and I told them why they are taking security deposit when they are delivering the products of Rs 5,00,000/- only they are unable to provide proper answer after that they just delivered me the stock whose amount is 2,40,262/- and rest amount stock is with them only and more over I have transferred them around 1,52,000/- the payment which I received from the distributors it means for which they promise me to deliver the stock of that amount but they haven't send more I was cheated with the agreement written on LOPPY Company's Letter Head and when I contacted Loppy company they said BHARAT TRADING COMPANY is a C&F for them they are not the partners I said how come a C&F can use a company letter head l, but they haven't taken any legal action against them yet it seems that Loppy and Bharath trading company are mutually cheating me.the details of payments and stock recived is given below AMOUNT PAID TO COMPANY: 1) Dt : [deleted] : 51,000 2) Dt : [deleted] : 4,50,000 TOTAL  AMOUNT :  5,01,000 STOCK RECEIVED 1) Dt : [deleted] : 50,662.28 2) Dt : [deleted]: 1,89,600.32 TOTAL STOCK VALUE : 2,40,262 DISTRIBUTORS PAYMENTS 1) Dt : [deleted] : 51,000 2) Dt : [deleted] : 50,000 3) Dt:  [deleted] : 51,000 TOTAL AMOUNT : 1,52,000 SUMMARY : TOTAL PAYMENT TO COMPANY :  6,53,000 RECIVED STOCK IN VALUE           :  2,40,262 TOTAL SOLD STOCK VAKUE.        : 1,26,733 STOCK IN C&F WAREHOUSE        : 1,13,528 COMPANY DUE TO GN AGENCIES  : 4,12,738 If company is holding the amount of Rs 51,000 as a security deposit then 3,36,471 is still laying in company account.
