Regarding resignation
Hello sir ,
Would like to inform that I have joined an organisation in month of Feb 23 . But I have got another good and better opportunity near my hometown itself . As I am in probation period as per my appointment terms in which I have serve 30 days notice . I have written a formal resignation to my current employees 12 th April 23 stating my last working days would be 12 may 23 . But my current manager has accepted the same on portal after 18 days and has changed my reliving date to 30/5/23 . But I cannot serve more then 14/5/23 As I my new employee has given me dead line of 17 /5/23 . And my manager is saying that if don’t serve till 30/5/23 they will abscond me and not provide reliving letter and all . In portal also it is clearing showing my LWD as per appointment terms is 12/5/23 and while I had sumitted the form in portal my reliving date was also coming on 12/5/23 but as my manager has accepted it after 1st may 23 he has changed it to 30/5/23 .
Please suggest what to do got into trouble ..!!
