Please Guide

I had invested my money 2 yrs back. I was informed that all the trading transactions will be done by my behalf. Profit sharing will be 50%-50%. New banking and demat account was opened by her and her agent in ICICI Bank, everything was taken care by her related to opening account I had to only deposit money in my account. I was promised monthly income will be received. But no single rupee was received. She informed that due to war, market is volatile and i have to wait. From past one year i have asked my refund but i am asked to wait till market is improved. Upon checking last month all my money was gone. I could see all the losses occurred in statement. When confronted i was asked to pump more money to recover losses which i denied. There is no legal binding in this situation. No contract was signed it was all on mutual understanding basis. That lady has 100 more such accounts in her kitty and she has lost all of their money. Her husband has now come in picture and he attends all the call. He doesn't accept it was his wife's mistake and not informing us. Also, he has informed to forget the money as loss incurred due to market conditions. She is operating from her home with her and her husband's and kids help. Need to know if i can in anyway recover my money from her via legal help. Can I register a complain somewhere so that some action will be taken on her. Like me there are others even her family members who have lost their money. I have all the call recordings and details so kindly guide. Thanks
