Regarding mav case

I Sold my Hyundai Verna Car (JH05AQ3300) and got it transferred on 07.01.2021(as per Vehicle Transaction History report) to Mr. Nawaz Sharif. The vehicle met an accident on 14.01.2021 and a biker named Mr. Rajdeo Singh got injured, and car got seized by Bhandaria PS which later got released in March2021. Now, I received a summon notice from Garhwa District Court to appear on 17.03.2023 as a compensation case has been registered under Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, in which i have been shown as the owner of vehicle and Mr. Nawaz Sharif has been shown as driver. Along with we both, Oriental Insurance is also made a party. I appeared on 17.03.23 nd later today 28.04.23 as hearing was to be done. Not getting a satisfactory solution on this case, just following the instructions of local advocate@Garhwa District court. As that place is 35kms away from the place where i am residing.
