My lawyer betrayed me by taking money from opponent and not giving NOC after multiple request

I hired a lawyer name Indrajit Chakraborty for my wife. My wife was molested by one member of ruling party in West Bengal. The lawyer filed FIR and a case on our behalf in Sealdah ACJM. Initially he was behaving good to us and as per his effort we get some relief. But as the time goes he started misguiding us and the accused person gets bail. My lawyer did not even let us know about the bail. Later we came to know that he was absent for as many as 6 hearing dates. Meanwhile he also took money from us to file a writ in Calcutta High Court and signed some documents from my wife. When we came to know about his misconduct we immediately tried to contact him but he did not respond to our calls. Then I watsapp him and requested him to payback our advance and not to proceed in high court. We also requested NOC from him. Then he started abusing me and threatened me to indulge in some false case. Now he filed writ in and tomorrow is hearing. I am very tense now and don't know what to do. Need your help in this regards.
