Can you represent a Venezuelan in India?

Sir, I am kindly writing to ask you about the possibility of representing me in a labor case before a court in India, the matter is as follows: First I clarify the following: I do not speak English good (I am doing this through an online translator) and the case happened at the Indian embassy in Venezuela. What happened was the following: I was hired to fill the vacancy of cultural clerk at the Indian embassy in Caracas-Venezuela, after the 3 months trial period that the employment contract requests to become an employee of the embassy (and also after I was asked to fill out the S.S.Q. form of local employee) I was fired, without fulfilling the process that the contract requested to be fulfilled and without being paid the month's salary that the contract also said that I should be paid as notice. They breached the employment contract and simply fired me. I would like to get a lawyer to represent me in court because I believe it is an easy case to win. I can send you copy of the contract and all the documentation you require if you wish to take the case. I also think it is necessary to clarify the following: I do not know how lawyers work in India, but in Venezuela normally the lawyer takes the case and after winning collects a part of the payment to be made to his client, I know this because my wife is a lawyer in Venezuela, and I would have no problem with making an agreement of this type in addition to that, obviously, now I am unemployed and it is difficult for me to pay a lawyer for a fee. Thank you very much for your attention and time. Greetings, Prof. John Peña
