Breach of trust-Friend used my credit card to the fullest & not repaying now

Hello Sir/Madam, I am from India working in UAE for the past 3 years working in a private company in Dubai. I was closely interacting with one of my clients & we became friends. We used to hang out with our families together. His wife started talking to me very closely & we became very close friends in a short time. One day she asked me to provide my credit card for her to shop as the card has some offers agreeing that she will pay the money back. With the whole trust, I gave her the credit card & the credentials. After a few days, I got to know that she utilized the entire amount. When I tried calling her she is not picking up & she left for India. I tried contacting her through various resources but nothing worked. When I called her husband he also did not respond. Now I am not able to file a complaint as I don't have proof of giving her the card as I trusted her. Is there any solution to this? or any legal procedure that can be done in UAE as she is currently in UAE. Because of this I am in financial crisis
