Can i change DOB in the aadhaar card, voter id and pan card by using passport dat of birth?

Hello Sir/madam, i m sadhana from hyderabad.actually my mother date of birth :-12/11/1967 in passport ,we want change in the aadhaar card, voter id and pan card from 12/11/1968 to 12/11/1967.we gone to aadhaar centre,they telling only once date of birth will change.during enrollment time ,operator did not mistake will entering the column. last 2 years back ,we update her phone number and address in aadhaar card. now,we gone to aadhaar centre,he is telling..we cannot update date of birth..in site aadhaar of showing when we enter her details ,it is showing limit is crossed..my question is how to change her date of birth in aadhaar card,pan card and voter id? now her passport is coming to expired,she applied for visa of canada country..any problem will raised about date of birth are different from passport..because we apply for passport renewal,there can raised the question regarding date of birth is different.now a days we are all using aadhar card as a proof of identity & proof of address..thanking you, yours sadhana.
