Parents harassment

Hi I am Canadian citizen. My parents live in Thane maharashtra india. I am the only child. My two uncle along with their wife’s threatened my parents. My two uncle beat my father in Ahmedabad when he visited for my cousin uncle funeral. unfortunately my father didn’t complaint as he was scared and got influenced by other relatives and he left Ahmedabad the next day morning. When he reached home my mom went to near by police station to register FIR. As he was assaulted in Ahmedabad, police was not ready to register any complaint. But when he heard the full story then he registered NC at the police station at request. My uncle and Aunty live in the same city. My parents are weak physically. Parents age are 53 & 52 respectively. My father has schizophrenia medication is going on and my mother is a diabetic patient. They are defaming my parents name in the family and other relatives. I am help less. There is already one dispute of my shop which is under possession of my uncle is held since last 30 years. My father being the eldest tried helping his younger brother by assisting him with gratuitous license. He gave shop to his youngest brother to run. The case is going on but in that case my mother Is fitting and youngest uncle is involved. My request is how to stop my uncle’s assault, threatening legally so my parents are safe and protected. As I live overseas I am unavailable when they need the most.
