An Advocate has filed a false civil Suite Against me in Delhi, What should I Do?

An Advocate from Delhi has filed a false civil suite against me in the district court of delhi, I have received a summon from the court a few days back. In the False Civil Suite he is asking Rs. 61000/- from me by saying that I have borrowed that amount from him, which I have never borrowed. I paid the school fees of Rs. 43000/- of one of his relative on his request 3 years ago when he was my friend and he asked me to pay for the same and assured me that he will return the same within a month and he paid the same after a month. Few months back something went wrong between him and me and to harrase me now he has filed a false civil suite against me. I have all the evidences for the payment of the fees as it was paid online, but he is also falsely claiming in his statement that I have taken 18000/- from his in cash which I have never taken. Please advise what should I do, I also taken advise from one lawyer in Delhi but he is saying that I should settle the case with him by paying that amount which I have never taken otherwise I will end up with more expenses in the whole legal process. Please Help, Genuine Advise required.
