Police has freeze my account

MYSELF Subodh roy karmakar,i was businessman i face out one problem to my bank account. to icici bank alipurduar branch,police freeze my account (debit freeze) on 20th feb. i last use it 14th feb and i was try to use online on 24th feb night but its not completed it got freeze. so please i tell me how i do bank not help us me. I also complain on NCRP but this side not any response and helping and say that please share FIR copy for police which station has do this complaint. NCRP COM. NO. [deleted] (MY SIDE ) Kindly note that my account has gone freeze on 20th feb 2023, I report on bank for this matter, on 9th mar 2023. 07 oct 2022 I recive one fund 242 rs its behalf on (phonepe pvt ltd/yes bank) its not my fund this is unauthorized transaction on my acc. After that I report it to bank to refund the amount to benificary but bank ignore my query. So I quite this matter and balance gone lien amount,after long 5 month later its freeze by police department ( debit frreze ). I DON’T HAVE ANY ACK. NO. AND FIR COPY FOR THIS COMPLAINT. NOT ABLE TO WHICH PS HAS RAISED COMPLAINT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.
