Loan settlement for home loan

I'm unable to pay any EMI's or any interests charged by the bank in reference of this home loan I participated in a few years ago due to covid and simply my business not performing in my favour. I have four kids to take care of, they all need to go to school, have something to eat and a roof over their heads. The bank has cited my account as NPA, and I've already received to appear before the DM, which I did. Now, the DM also already ordered the case in favour of the bank to auction my property off. I've invested a lot of money in it but I can't pay any more money either. What I'm looking for is two things: 1. Either I get my money, the money that I gave to the bank and the bank can acquire it's money through a third party buyer of the property if possible, I'm willing to sell it off to anyone. 2. OR the bank accepts loan settlement as I know I'm unable to pay any amount even in the future. Any guidance on the subject would be helpful, or any other suggestions that the experts of the field think is better than the above solutions. Anything else that I need to know or the things I should definitely do. Anything that can help me. Thankyou.
