Is taking normal photo of a friend crime

There's something that's bothering me from a quite a long time. I know it's been 3 years but it still kinda effect me. I am not a creep. I mean this happened in 2919. I went to Dubai with one of my closest friend. So, what happened was in friendship obviously you know we take photos and videos right. Obviously nothing bad as such and they're just casual photos and videos. Because photos & videos can tell. When she said not to take the photo, I remember i didn't took any of her photos. But once the trip got over, she accused me of harrasing her and told everyone that I was behind her all the time. This happened in Feb 2019. Nobody wanted to listen to me. Nobody cared to know the truth. Maybe this was the reason why I lost confidence in me and which is why I couldn't make much friends in my new college. That's why I was lonely too in my new college. Because I couldn't get the guts to make friends again. People called me creep and what not. I tried to ignore it and still kept myself telling it that yes I am not that person. But sometimes you just can't ignore. She told everyone that she gave me a chance but when I remember it, she never gave me a chance. My feet became cold at that point. That's why I apologised because it's a matter of girl. No matter what happens, nobody would listen. I just want to know that if it goes in court, does photos & videos that I took, can it determine whether it is considered to be as harrasment or not?
