Drink and drive challan 285mg/100ml

At sector 29, Gurugram traffic police made a wrong challan on me and that is of drink and drive and that traffic police personal was not listing to me and impound my license and RC and left from that place and after that I made a call on 112 to complaint about this , and ERV 0252 was arrived and ASI(Rajesh Kumar with contact no.[deleted]) picked us and he also talked to traffic police but could not able to provide any solution and after that he asked to come to police station sector 29 gurugram , where SI(Sjjan Singh with contact no. [deleted]) asked us to write a complaint and said that to go to DCP east challan office for further help. And I went on DCP east office on Monday where one constable asked me to wait for challan submission where they can check a image of my when drink and drive challan was made and that constable said that if there will be a image of you on challan print that it will be proved that the challan was made was right and after waiting for 3 hours they confirmed that there is no image of my when challan was made. My driving license no. is HR[deleted] Challan no. is-HR[deleted] Please check the attachment of the complaint and provide me with the solution how I can challenge this and recover my license and RC.
